Douglas J. Hart, Ph.D.

Dr. Douglas Hart graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1977 with an M.Div. degree, and from Fuller Seminary Graduate School of Psychology in 1984 with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Between degree programs, he was a school teacher in New Mexico, which contributed to his current interest in student assessment for learning disabilities and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Dr. Hart also counsels students on the social and emotional problems related to academic and peer challenges. He counsels adults on issues related to attention difficulties and emotional problems, such as anxiety and depression. He has taught the Parent Education Seminar required of parents of minor children who are getting a divorce and meets with blended families to help them adjust to these changing family circumstances.
