What Is DBT?

DBT is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The goal of CBT is to teach you how to identify negative thinking patterns and change them.

Areas of Focus:

    • Mindfulness

    • Distress Tolerance

    • Emotional Regulation

    • Interpersonal Effectiveness

DBT Skills can be transferred to laypersons through evidence-based training protocols.
