Jessica Uke, MS
Jessica holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Degree from Harding University. As a therapist, she offers a supportive space for individuals navigating trauma, grief, addiction, sports anxiety and performance, as well as, generalized anxiety and depression. She is skilled in helping her clients find healing and resilience.
She is a Dallas, TX native who graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, where she was also a collegiate volleyball player. After graduating, she went on staff with Campus Outreach at Arkansas State for three years. She moved to Memphis in September 2020 to do college ministry at the University of Memphis. She spent the next few years as a Counseling Resident at Second Presbyterian Church before beginning her work with the Christian Psychological Center.
