Leila ToddLeila Todd received her BA from Wheaton College, and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University, in Chicago. Leila is married and has 3 daughters.

Leila has worked with couples and individuals for over 20 years. As a relationship counselor she provides both premarital and marriage counseling.  Her approach is to help both couples and individuals understand how they were designed, and the best way to be a steward of their design in order to strengthen their relationship. She uses principles from The Gottman Institute, Life Innovations and Strengths Finder 2.0

As a therapist treating individuals, she uses a holistic  approach in treating anxiety disorders, transitional anxiety, burnout and depression. Leila is Level 1 and 2 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained.

Leila has a special interest in providing services to the community. She is the co-founder of two programs: THRIVE! and THE GOOD FIGHT. Both are designed to help leaders, nonprofit leaders, and pastors in our community navigate stress and build resilience.

Leila has been certified by Life Innovations to both train pastors and other health care providers, and to administer the Prepare and Enrich Inventory to premarital and married couples.

Leila is actively involved in various speaking engagements and training events.
